Sun Park Manali Hotel, Manali (Himachal Pradesh)

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location is convenient and the rooms offer stunning views, the gala dinner experience left much to be desired. The food quality throughout my stay was only average, and there were significant issues with service during the dinner event. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs improvement in dining and service management.

I had a wonderful stay at Sun Park Resort in Manali. The location by the river with stunning views of snow-covered mountains is perfect for relaxation. The rooms were beautifully decorated, especially the honeymoon suite. Unfortunately, the room service was lacking, and I experienced some delays in getting basic amenities like drinking water. Still, the overall experience was lovely, especially the dining options.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, with breathtaking views from my balcony and delicious food. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr. Suresh Rana and the restaurant team. However, while everything was generally on point, not all facilities met the highest expectations, which was a slight letdown but didn't spoil the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The rooms were clean, and the heating worked well, but the lift was almost always out of order, making it hard to get to my room after a long day. The dining options were mixed; while the restaurant staff was good, the gala dinner was a massive letdown, and overall service could have been better.
